Michael Kovach is the VP of Operations at Ronin. Prior to joining Ronin, they worked as a strategy consultant for Accenture from June 2013 to July 2018. In their role as a strategy consultant, they helped healthcare providers, medical technology manufacturers, and public health agencies achieve growth, innovation, and operational efficiency.

Michael has extensive experience leading teams and managing projects. Michael has also written white papers and presented at various industry conferences. Some of their most notable projects include a business plan for a public-private partnership in Nairobi, Kenya; a data monetization strategy for a medical technology manufacturer; and a digital health investment thesis and operating plan for a corporate venture capital firm.

In addition to their work in the healthcare industry, Michael is also a published author. Michael's articles have been featured in prestigious publications such as "Diving into Profit in the New Health Era," "Debunking Myths about the Digital Medicaid Consumer," and "Healthcare: For Here or To Go?" Michael has also presented at various healthcare conferences such as the Healthcare Information & Management Systems Society (HIMSS), Becker's Hospital Review CIO/HIT Summit, AHIP National Conference on Medicaid, and Medicaid Enterprise Systems Conference (MESC).

Michael Kovach holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with a concentration in entrepreneurship, management, and accounting. Michael also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business, with high distinction. In addition, they are certified by Accenture in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt and by PADI in Open Water Diver. Michael has also completed the Strategy Certificate Program at INSEAD.
