Romain Lalieux

Romain Lalieux is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales management and operations. Currently serving as General Manager at Roofmart since May 2022, Romain also holds the position of National Sales Director for PERI Canada, where responsibilities include overseeing branch operations across Ottawa to the Atlantic region, managing a team of 23 employees in sales, engineering, operations, and yard services. Previously, Romain spent nearly 15 years at Hilti, culminating as Regional Sales Manager, where Romain led 72 direct reports and was instrumental in executing marketing strategies and enhancing team performance. Romain's earlier roles included National Account Manager and Field Trainer, focusing on business development and training over 80 sales representatives. Romain’s leadership skills are underscored by academic achievements, including a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from IESN Namur, Belgium.
