Patricia Svilik

Patricia Svilik currently serves as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Roofstock since October 2020, after holding roles including General Counsel and Associate General Counsel. In addition, Patricia co-founded the Law in Technology Diversity Collaborative in August 2018, serving as Executive Director until 2021. Prior to Roofstock, Patricia worked at eBay from April 2016 to October 2020, leading the IP Product and Commercial Counseling Group and previously acting as Senior Counsel in the same area. Patricia's earlier career includes being an attorney at Morrison & Foerster LLP, a judicial clerk for the U.S. District Court, and participating in various dance companies. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in International Relations and Philosophy from Stanford University and holds a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law.
