Gabrielle Sakowski

Gabrielle Sakowski has demonstrated a diverse range of experiences in various roles within food service, veterinary assistance, and animal care. Currently serving as Production Team Shift Lead at Rook Coffee since March 2023, Gabrielle has also held the roles of Production Team Member and Barista with the same company. Previous experience includes working as a Veterinary Assistant at Red Bank Veterinary Hospital Tinton Falls and as a Barista at Rook Coffee. Gabrielle gained experience as an Animal Care Intern at Jenkinson's Aquarium and worked as a Waitress at Panini Grill. Additionally, Gabrielle served as Head Cashier at Delicious Orchards. Gabrielle holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Ramapo College of New Jersey, completed in 2022.
