Kieran Holland

Kieran Holland has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Kieran is currently the Global Head of Talent Acquisition at Room 8 Group, where they are responsible for creating and implementing the company's global talent acquisition strategies. Prior to this, Kieran served as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Sumo Group plc, leading a team of 16 people and overseeing the growth of the talent acquisition function as the company expanded. Kieran also held the position of Manager, Talent Acquisition at Howdens Joinery Co, where they led the recruitment team and implemented effective talent acquisition processes. Earlier in their career, Kieran worked at Cape plc as the UK Head of Recruitment, where they centralized and standardized recruiting processes across multiple businesses. Kieran also served as the Manager of EMEA Campus Recruitment at GLG, where they successfully implemented a campus hiring strategy. Kieran's experience also includes their role as the EU Head of MBA Recruitment at Amazon, where they built a team and developed innovative programs to attract MBA, MSc, and MEng graduates. Kieran initially joined Amazon as an Operations Recruiter and later became a Recruiter for the UK Consumer business. Kieran has a track record of success in building talent acquisition functions, implementing effective recruitment strategies, and creating employer branding initiatives.

From 2002 to 2006, Kieran Holland attended Leeds Beckett University, where they pursued a degree in Social Studies. Their field of study focused on Humanities & Social Studies.
