Sergii Miroshnychenko

Sergii Miroshnychenko has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Sergii is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Dragons Lake since February 2020. In addition, they are also a Co-Founder at Keetcode starting from May 2022. Sergii previously held positions such as the Head of PC/Console Service Line at Room 8 Group, where they were responsible for managing the PC and console business within the company. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Operating Officer and Human Resources Director at Awem Games from July 2018 to March 2020. Sergii has also worked as an HR Solutions Director at Luxoft from May 2017 to March 2018 and as a Business Development Manager at an Investment company from January 2016 to March 2018. Furthermore, they have experience as a Line HR Head at GlobalLogic, Human Resources Department Manager at SCM, and Consultant at Pedersen & Partners. Sergii started their career as a Recruitment Division Head at Varus, Omega LTD.

Sergii Miroshnychenko obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering from Dnipro University of Technology from 2001 to 2006. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in "Strategic Selling with Perspective" from Miller Heiman Group, A Korn Ferry Company in June 2023, and in "DISC PPA Practitioner" from Thomas International in August 2017.
