Lance Hulsey

Lance Hulsey has a diverse work experience, starting from their role as a Founder and President of Project 90.com, a technical and creative solutions company. Lance then founded iPodelicious.com, a technology blog focused on Apple iPods. Lance also worked as the Founder, Editor, and Realtor® at REinvestology.com / ReSale Norcal.

In 1995, Lance became the Executive Vice President of Haws Consulting Group, where they managed client relationships and implemented property tax systems. Later, they joined Mainstream Real Estate Group as a Real Estate Professional and focused on helping buyers explore neighborhoods and school districts.

In 2016, Lance became a Real Estate Professional, Productivity Coach, and served on the Agent Leadership Council Board at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. Lance then co-founded the Kroft Hulsey Team, a full-service real estate team representing clients in Santa Cruz County and the California Bay Area.

Lance's entrepreneurial spirit led him to co-found Sol Property Advisors in 2020, where they served as the Co-Founder, Broker Associate, and CFO. In 2021, they co-founded Sol Property Management, where they aimed to redefine property management and provide a streamlined experience for clients. Currently, Lance is the Chief Financial Officer at Room Real Estate, working towards achieving sales of over $1 billion. Room Real Estate is the top-selling team in Santa Cruz county and a highly-ranked brokerage in the United States.

Lance Hulsey's education history includes studying Philosophy/Business at San Jose State University and California State University, Northridge. Lance also pursued a Liberal Arts field of study at West Valley College. Additionally, they obtained certifications such as Real Estate Broker/Sales Agent from the California Department of Real Estate, as well as certifications such as Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA) and Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource (SFR) from the National Association of REALTORS®.
