Robert Godwin

Robert Godwin is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in real estate investment and development. As the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Lamington Group since September 2011, Robert has led a London-based company that specializes in residential and commercial investment, serviced apartments, hometels, and coworking spaces, with a commitment to achieving Net Zero by 2030. Previously, as Managing Director of room2 hometels from October 2015 to September 2023, Robert helped launch the world's first hometel brand, focusing on innovative guest experiences and aiming for 5,000 keys by 2030. Robert also founded and managed My Photo Into Paint and Im In Lenton Clothing, further demonstrating entrepreneurial expertise. Earlier athletic achievements include being a member of the British Olympic Sailing Team in the Laser class from 2006 to 2010. Robert holds degrees in Industrial Economics from Nottingham University Business School and Real Estate from the University of Reading.
