Louisa Palmer

Louisa Palmer has a background in the hospitality industry, starting as an Information Assistant and moving up to roles such as Telesales Team Lead and Sales Support Coordinator. Currently, Louisa holds the title of Associate Project Manager - Client Experience at RoomIt by CWT, where Louisa is responsible for handling escalated client hotel POS issues and working with various internal and external teams. Louisa also has experience as an Operations Manager, managing data loading and hotel rate display issues. At CWT, Louisa was the Hotel Data Operations Manager, overseeing global and seasonal teams. Louisa has also been seconded to a parallel team as an Associate Project Manager - PMO, managing RoomIt Hypercare issues and enhancing integration project processes.
