As the Head of Design & Creative at Roon, Izel Maras leads the design efforts of a medical information platform, empowering patients with accurate health knowledge. Roon curates content from trusted sources, fostering informed decision-making and active healthcare participation. Prior to this role, Izel contributed to diverse projects at Verizon Communications, including 5G, home redesign, and navigation, serving as a Product Design Lead. At frog Design, they designed user-friendly interfaces for BNY Mellon's wealth management website, collaborated with Samsung on design research, and worked with clients like T-Mobile.

Izel possesses a strong background in specializing in design tools, AI-driven design, and design systems. Her focus on emotional design and branded interfaces allows her to craft experiences that delight users with visually stunning elements and strong usability.
