Stephen Cerrone

Stephen Cerrone is currently a Trustee at Roosevelt University. Stephen has extensive experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer, including at SunEdison, Hudson's Bay Company, and Sara Lee. Stephen has also held HR positions at J.P. Morgan and Bank One.

Dr. Stephen Cerrone is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who received their Ph.D. and MA from the University of Houston. Stephen also holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from Providence College. Stephen is currently an Adjunct Faculty Member in Business/HR Management at the University of Miami Herbert Business School. In addition, they are a Certified Professional Coach with IPEC (an ICF Accredited Coaching Training Program) and is certified in the Hogan Leadership Series and the Meyers Briggs (MBTI).
