Madelyn McClure possesses diverse experience in customer service and claims management. Currently serving as a Server/Hostess at Roosters | We Be Wings Franchise since March 2017, Madelyn focuses on creating a welcoming environment for guests while anticipating their needs. From January 2022 to May 2023, Madelyn worked as a Claim Specialist - Injury at State Farm ®, where responsibilities included investigating and settling auto claims and applying knowledge of insurance regulations. Previous roles include serving as a Housing Ambassador at Ohio University, where Madelyn represented the institution to prospective students, and as a File Clerk at American Health Network, managing medical records and data entry. Madelyn holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ohio University.
