Uyen Nguyen has extensive experience in customer support. Uyen began their career in 2006 as a Consultant at Accenture, where they were responsible for working with various departments to improve the customer's operation, understanding the customer's need, and managing multiple projects with an offshore team in Asia from initial design to product release. Uyen also removed redundant operations to maximize synergies created from the customer's merger and acquisition and managed the implementation of a cross system platform that eliminated conflicting consumer credit policies, increasing customer satisfaction, reducing call center costs and generating $1 million in annual operating savings.

In 2008, Uyen Nguyen joined Nomis Solutions as a Senior Director Customer Support. At Nomis Solutions, they combined cutting-edge Silicon Valley approaches to big data, advanced modeling, and deep analytics to help large and medium-sized retail banks better understand their customers.

Most recently, in 2022, Uyen Nguyen joined Roostify as Senior Director, Customer Support. Roostify is a venture-backed fintech company committed to transforming traditional mortgage lending into a modern, enjoyable experience. Uyen is responsible for Simple to implement and engineered to deliver a secure end-to-end process, Roostify's transformational technology includes easily configurable workflows and a deeply integrated platform to foster an accelerated and personalized home buying journey.

Uyen Nguyen earned their MBA from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business in 2008, majoring in Business. Uyen has also obtained three additional certifications: Tableau 10 Essential Training from LinkedIn in December 2021, Sumologic Search Mastery Certification (Advanced Querying) from Sumo Logic in September 2019, and Sumo Logic Pro User from Sumo Logic in March 2019.
