Dennis Nalangu

As a Credit Analyst, Dennis analyzes loan applications from rural businesses in East Africa and monitor the quality of loans throughout their life cycle. Before coming to Root Capital, he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial Science, a Diploma in Business Science, and worked for nearly a decade in corporate finance. Having grown up on a farm himself, he's grateful for the opportunity to bring his own experience in finance to contribute to Root Capital’s mission of supporting agricultural enterprises and rural livelihoods. Dennis still spends time on the farm, watching documentaries and enjoying quality time with his family.
