Bianca Gfrei has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2012 as the Managing Director & Junior Consultant for icons - consulting by students. Bianca then held a Corporate Communications Trainee and Intern role for Swarovski from 2012-2013. In 2017, Gfrei Co-Founded Rootine. From 2018-2019, they were an Investment Committee Member for tech2b Inkubator GmbH. During this time, they also began their own business, Bianca Gfrei | biancagfrei.com, as a Systemic Coach for Founders & High-Performance Teams. In 2021, Gfrei became a Supporting Partner for Calm/Storm Ventures and in 2022, they became an Expert Evolutionary Leadership & Organizations | Framechangers for EFS Business Consultancy Co.,Ltd.
