Sarah Morgan

Sarah Morgan has extensive work experience in the field of nutrition and healthcare. Sarah is currently the Head of Nutrition Innovation at Rootine, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to joining Rootine, they founded their own consulting company, Sarah Morgan Consulting, in 2010, where they served as a Clinical Nutritionist and CEO. In 2018, they co-founded Even Health, Inc and served as the CEO until February 2023. Sarah also has experience working at Whole Foods Market as a Regional Wellness Specialist, collaborating with esteemed medical professionals on healthy eating initiatives. Sarah started their career as an Associate Nutritionist at Karen Hurd in 2007 and worked as a Certified Nursing Assistant at Mayo Clinic from 2006 to 2007.

Sarah Morgan pursued their education at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2001 to 2005. During this time, they studied Biology and Chemistry. Subsequently, they attended the University of Bridgeport from 2010 to 2012 to complete their Master's degree in Nutrition Sciences.
