Steven L. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Steven began their career as an Intern at Frontier Investment Banking in 2012 before transitioning to an Associate role for a brief period in 2013. In the same year, Steven joined AIG as an Operations Analyst through a rotational training program. Steven then progressed to become a Business Analyst in Global Claims Operations & Automation, where they contributed to the automation of business processes using robotics technology. Steven later took on the position of Senior Business Analyst, specializing in General Insurance Automation and Business Design. Steven led multiple project teams in delivering automation solutions across different locations. In 2019, Steven joined RFP360, an RFPIO company, as an Account Executive, working closely with clients in reinventing the RFP process. Steven was eventually promoted to Senior Account Executive after demonstrating their skills and expertise in generating sales. From July 2021 to April 2022, Steven served as the Head of Request Management Sales, overseeing the issuing of RFXs. Currently, they hold the role of Sales Director at Roots Automation, starting in April 2022.

Steven L. attended The University of Kansas from 2008 to 2012, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance and Marketing.
