Joël Ferguson-Salamin

Joël Ferguson-Salamin is a seasoned professional in footwear design, currently serving as a Senior Designer at Arc'teryx Equipment since October 2019. Previous experience includes working as a Designer for Footwear & Accessories at Rapha from September 2017 to September 2019, and a progressive role at Vivobarefoot from March 2014 to September 2017, where Joël held titles ranging from Designer to Junior Designer and Design Intern. Joël began the design career with internships at Atelier XJC and IKEA, the latter involving a project for IKEA Switzerland's 40th anniversary. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Design from ECAL - Ecole cantonale d’art de Lausanne and foundational studies in Design and Applied Arts from Schule für Gestaltung Basel.
