Hermine Grigoryan Jegebo

Hermine Grigoryan Jegebo has a diverse work experience, starting in 2012 as a Release Coordinator at the Integration Competence Centre in H&M. In 2014, they worked as a Consultant at Systemstrategerna and later as an Assignment Manager at Skanova IT. In 2016, they became a Certified Personal Trainer, offering personal and group training sessions. In 2019, Hermine joined Dunder as a Project and Process Manager, where they implemented lean-agile practices and coached teams in SCRUM and SAFe methodologies. Hermine then worked as a Product Owner at Lopoca Gaming Ltd. and Kindred Group plc, before joining Jegebo Management LtD in 2013 as a Co-Owner, providing consulting services and training to managers. Currently, they are a Product Owner at Rootz LTD.

Hermine Grigoryan Jegebo has a diverse education history across various fields. In 1997 to 2001, they attended the State Teachers' Training University Vanadzor Branch, where they obtained a master's degree in Foreign Languages. In 2001, they participated in a summer course at Fridrich-Alexander Uni Erlangen-Nürnberg, focusing on Sprache, Geschichte, Landeskunde.

In 2014, Hermine acquired the Certified Tester Foundation Level (CTFL) from the ISTQB Certification Institute. Additionally, in 2015, they completed the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer (CF L-1 Trainer) program at CrossFit, specializing in Health and Physical Education/Fitness. Continuing their interest in fitness, they pursued a Personal Trainer degree from Intensive PT in 2015-2016.

Exploring new career paths, in 2017, Hermine earned a Diploma in Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage from Friskvårdsgruppen. This expanded their expertise in the field of health and wellness.

Furthermore, Hermine has obtained several certifications. Hermine was awarded the Scrum, Lean, Agile and much more certification in 2013 from mPeira. In 2012, they became an Agile Master accredited by the Agile Business Consortium. Continuing with Agile methodologies, they gained certifications as a Certified SAFe® 4 Release Train Engineer in 2019 and a Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist and Certified SAFe® 5 Release Train Engineer in 2020, all provided by Scaled Agile, Inc. Lastly, in 2019, they obtained an Anti-Money Laundering certification from GiG.
