Jared Middleton

Jared Middleton is an experienced professional in client partnership development, currently serving as the Director of Client Partnership Development at Ropella 360 since April 2022, following roles as Manager and Associate in the same department. At Ropella, a premier executive search firm, Jared utilizes the proprietary SMART Search System to connect candidates with leadership opportunities. Prior to Ropella, Jared was a Team Leader and Grocery Associate at Publix Super Markets from April 2020 to April 2022, and has also held positions at The Lewis Bear Company and Chick-fil-A. Jared holds a Bachelor's degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from the University of West Florida.
