Brian Shenkin

Brian Shenkin has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Brian started their career as an Underwriting Assistant at ProMutual Group in 2005. In 2009, they worked as a Strategy & Analysis at ideaLaunch.com. From 2010 to 2015, they joined Credit Suisse as a Technical Analyst and later on as an Assistant Vice President in Investment Banking Strategy & Architecture. In 2015, they moved to State Street and held the positions of Assistant Vice President - Data Solutions Lead and later Vice President - Data Strategy and Analytics. In 2019, they joined Ropes & Gray LLP as a Data Governance Lead, and their tenure at this position continues currently.

Brian Shenkin attended Elon University from 2004 to 2008, where they obtained a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance and Marketing. Brian also pursued a minor in Art during their time at the university. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Westford Academy. Additionally, Brian Shenkin holds certifications in Data Steward Foundations and Data Strategy from LinkedIn, which were obtained in 2023.
