Fredrika Briquet

Fredrika Briquet currently serves as HR Director for Europe at Enghouse Networks since December 2023. Prior to this, Fredrika was the Head of HR at Ropo Capital from March 2021 to November 2023, providing trusted HR partnership and leading the People Agenda. Fredrika's experience includes roles as Human Resources Manager for Scandinavia at Posti Messaging AB and HR Manager at Lovön Samverkan AB/JV Vianini-CMC, where Fredrika established HR functions and developed policies. Additional experience includes serving as Nordic HR Advisor/HRBP at Nordic Lubricants and Supervisor of HR processes for Northern Europe at Air France/KLM.
