Janne Martikainen

Janne Martikainen has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Janne started their career in 2009 as a Delivery Truck Driver at Suora Lähetys Oy and later became a Distribution Supervisor and Office Secretary at the same company. From 2013 to 2014, Janne worked as a Project Member at Lahden Keskusvalmistus Oy, where they were involved in designing and developing a warehouse management system. Janne then joined Data Group Kuopio in 2013 as a Supervisor and Quality Control Manager, responsible for maintenance services and ISO 9001 quality management. In 2015, Janne worked as a Specialist in Continuous Services at Enfo Zender, handling customer change requests and incidents.

From 2017 onwards, Janne worked at Ropo Capital, starting as a Service Specialist and later becoming an IT Support Team Leader. Janne then took on the role of Service Supervisor, where they were responsible for two teams. In 2018, Janne became a Service Manager, overseeing the operational activities and development projects of the IT Support Team, as well as managing subcontractors. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Operations at Ropo Capital, responsible for the Operations business unit in Finland, including Business Customer Service, IT Support, Ledger, and Projects, as well as subcontractors. Throughout their career, Janne has gained experience in team management, project management, quality management systems, and customer service.

Janne Martikainen received a Master's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Eastern Finland in 2015. Prior to this, they completed their Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the same university between 2011 and 2014. In 2009, they graduated from Kuopion klassillinen lukio as a secondary school graduate. In addition to their academic accomplishments, Janne acquired several certifications related to sales training and security management from F-Secure Corporation between 2014 and 2015.
