Rachael Miller

Rachael Miller is an experienced R&D Food Scientist, currently working at Denali Ingredients since September 2023. Previously, Rachael held roles as an Associate Application Scientist at Oterra and Chr. Hansen, demonstrating expertise in application development. Experience as a Flavor Technologist and QA/QC Technician at Beck Flavors further highlights skills in flavor development and quality assurance. Rachael's earlier career includes a Food Technologist Co-op at ICL Food Specialties and a Quality Assurance Internship at Schreiber Foods, focusing on yogurt production processes. Rachael began their career as a student employee at Buck's Ice Cream while completing a Bachelor of Science in Food Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2018.
