Mathieu Baudouin has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Mathieu began their career at L'OREAL as a Deputy Brand Manager in 2003, followed by a position at the French Embassy in Turkey, where they specialized in political and financial analysis. Mathieu then worked at Ernst & Young as an Auditor from 2005 to 2006 before joining BearingPoint as a Manager from 2007 to 2011. Mathieu then spent three years at Accenture as a Strategy Manager before moving to Roquette, where they held various leadership positions including Mergers and Acquisitions Director, Commercial Director Americas - Plant Protein, and currently serves as the Head of Global Product Group - Sugars & Fibers.

Mathieu Baudouin attended HEC Paris from 2001 to 2005, but did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during that time. Mathieu also studied at Université Paris-Sorbonne from 2002 to 2004, earning a Master's degree (M1) in English.
