Olivier R. has extensive experience in IT service operations, currently serving as IT Service Operation Manager at Roquette since February 2002. Olivier has held several previous roles, including IT Operations Team Leader and Storage Backup Administrator, specializing in the installation, management, and tuning of various storage systems such as EMC VNX and IBM Storwize, as well as SAN technologies from Brocade and Cisco.
