Paul A. Smaltz

Paul A. Smaltz has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. Paul A. served as the Vice President of Global Business Unit Pharmaceuticals and Vice President of Global Market Unit Pharma & Comercial Americas at Roquette. Prior to that, they were the Executive Vice President of Americas/ Global Pharmaceuticals at Avantor Performance Materials, where they managed a specialty chemical company servicing various markets. Paul A. also held multiple leadership roles at Mallinckrodt Baker, including V.P. Global Marketing and Senior Director of Global Marketing. These roles involved developing business strategies, managing global teams, and overseeing P&L responsibilities for laboratory chemicals, pharmaceutical excipients, microelectronic materials, and electronics businesses.
