Vicki Deyarmond

Vicki Deyarmond is a highly experienced Senior Food Scientist with a career spanning over three decades in the food science industry. Vicki currently serves in this capacity at Roquette since May 2025, following a tenure at International Flavors & Fragrances from February 2021 to May 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Senior Application Specialist in Meal Solutions at DuPont Nutrition & Health from April 2019 to April 2021 and holding various positions at The Dow Chemical Company for nearly 26 years, including roles in Technical Service and Development and Research and Development, where Vicki was instrumental in customer projects and innovation initiatives. Vicki holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Saginaw Valley State University, earned between 1992 and 1996.
