Virginie Dubois, PhD, is a seasoned professional in the food industry with extensive experience in research, development, and marketing. As Vice-President of Research & Development at Roquette since 2008, Virginie has spearheaded the establishment of a five-year strategy for the Global Food Business Unit, led food innovation projects, and managed a team of 14 professionals globally, while also participating in mergers and acquisitions. Previous roles include Executive Office coordinator and Global marketing manager for specialized nutrition, where skills in strategic marketing, project management, and cross-functional collaboration were honed. Virginie holds a PhD in Biotechnology and Food Processes, a Master of Science in Human Nutrition, and an engineering degree in the Food Industry.
