Paul Reyes has a diverse work experience in the field of social media management and customer service. Paul started their career at Berkeley HeartLab as an Executive Administrator Assistant from 2003 to 2007. Paul then worked as a Media Intern at DRAFTfcb and as a Counter Intelligence Agent at Geek Squad in 2008. Paul joined Best Buy as a Customer Solutions Specialist from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they interned at the City and County of San Francisco as a Media Intern with the General Services Administration, where they focused on leveraging social media platforms to showcase the resilience of San Francisco residents. Paul then became a Social Media Manager at Monster Cable Products from 2012 to 2014, where they developed and executed social media strategies across different product verticals. Paul briefly worked at Google as a Social Media Specialist in 2014, before joining 24 Hour Fitness as a Social Media Manager. At 24 Hour Fitness, Paul played a key role in establishing a national social media plan and managing content across various social media platforms. Paul currently works as a Social Media Director at RORPartners, starting in 2020.

Paul Reyes began their education at Westmoor, where they completed their high school studies. Afterward, they attended Skyline College from 2005 to 2007, earning an Associate of Arts degree in Journalism. Following this, they transferred to San Diego State University in 2007 and pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications with a focus on Advertising. Paul attended San Diego State University until 2008. Paul then transferred to San Francisco State University in 2009 and completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications in 2011.
