Gregory Frias is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in management roles within the restaurant industry. Currently serving as Front Of House Manager at Rosa Mexicano Restaurants since December 2018, Gregory previously held the same title at Landry's from December 2016 to December 2018. Prior experience includes positions as Operations Manager and Culinary Manager at Ruby Tuesday from June 2009 to December 2016. Gregory holds a degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from John Jay College (CUNY), completed between 2008 and 2010.
