Houda Boudoukane

Houda Boudoukane has a diverse work experience spanning over 15 years. Houda is currently working as the Head of People & HR at ROSALY since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a HR Consultant at Houda El Hadiallah starting from September 2021.

Houda has also served as the Head of People & HR at My Jolie Candle from September 2019 to May 2023. In this role, they were responsible for various HR functions including performance development, team management, process optimization, recruitment, employer branding, legal compliance, and payroll control.

Before joining My Jolie Candle, Houda worked as the HR Manager at Le Collectionist from November 2017 to September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as an HR Business Partner at Natexo from October 2015 to November 2017. Houda also gained experience as a Chargée des RH at Novae Aerospace from October 2013 to September 2015.

Houda Boudoukane's education history starts with a Baccalauréat in Sciences Economiques et Sociales, specializing in SES, from Lycée Michelet in 2007. After that, they enrolled in Faculté de Droit, d’Économie et de Gestion and completed a Licence in Sciences Economiques et de Gestion, specializing in GRH, from 2008 to 2011.
