Diana Felner currently serves as the Senior Director of Caregiver and Mental Health Policy at both the Rosalynn Carter Institute for Caregivers and The Carter Center since January 2024. Prior to these roles, Diana was the Vice President of Public Policy and Programs at the Tourette Association of America from November 2016 to December 2023, where leadership involved directing legislative strategies related to health, patient access, and mental health issues. Diana's experience also includes serving as the Director of Government Affairs at Bunge North America and the Head of Federal Government Affairs at Syngenta, with responsibilities in legislative strategy and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in Diana's career, as the Manager of Biotechnology Programs at CropLife America, program management focused on legislative and public affairs related to plant biotechnology. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas Christian University.
