Katia Espinosa

Katia Espinosa is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in revenue management and supply chain operations at Rosaprima since December 2004. In roles including Revenue Manager and Supply Chain Manager, Katia oversees planning, execution, and control of supply chain activities across Ecuador, Miami, and Amsterdam, focusing on customer satisfaction and inventory distribution for profitability. As Sales Manager, Katia leads the international commercial department, designing and executing sales plans to meet the company's goals. Prior to Rosaprima, Katia gained experience as a Manufacturing Industry intern at Proexport Colombia - Oficom Ecuador. Katia holds an MBA from IDE Business School, an English Teaching certification from Fulbright Ecuador, and a degree in International Business, Trade, and Tax Law from UNIVERSIDAD UTE.
