Gavin Adair

Gavin Adair has a extensive work experience in the finance and hospitality industry. Gavin started their career as a Graduate Trainee at Grant Thornton, London in 1996 and later became a Manager and Senior Manager in Corporate Finance. Gavin worked as a Senior Manager in Recovery and Reorganisation from 2002 to 2004. In 2006, they joined Channel 4 as the Head of Finance, Future Media, and New Business. After that, they worked as the Finance Director at Ask Restaurants Ltd from 2010 to 2013. From 2013 to 2017, they served as the Commercial and Strategy Director at Wahaca. Currently, since 2017, they have been working at Rosa's Thai Cafe, first as the Managing Director and later as the Chief Executive Officer.

Gavin Adair obtained an Executive MBA from the London Business School in 2005. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate degree in Accountancy at the University of Dundee from 1991 to 1995. Additionally, they obtained the ACA qualification from ICAEW.
