Mr. Berkowitz joined Rose Community Management, LLC (RCM) in 2020 as the Director of Financial Operations. In this role, he is responsible for the integration and optimization of operational and financial processes across the Jonathan Rose Companies portfolio with a focus on analytics, efficiencies, reporting, and budgeting. Jordan heads the Central Services division of RCM which supports the operational needs of the Jonathan Rose Companies management platform as well as the integration and assimilation of newly acquired and newly developed assets. Prior to Jonathan Rose Companies, Jordan was the Director of Accounting, Forecasting & Reporting for The NRP Group, LLC a fully integrated developer of affordable and market-rate multifamily apartments. At The NRP Group, Jordan executed a departmental re-organization, building a team of fifteen accountants tasked with the monthly close, forecast, budget, and valuation of a rapidly expanding portfolio of 125 LIHTC and market-rate assets. Before The NRP Group, Jordan held accounting, SEC reporting & technical accounting roles at Forest City Enterprises (Brookfield Properties) and Applied Industrial Technologies (AIT). Jordan began his career at the global financial services firm PriceWaterhouseCoopers, LLP where his focus was publicly traded Real Estate Investment Trusts. Jordan is a licensed CPA in the state of Ohio.
