Kavi Misri

Kavi Misri is the Founder & CEO at RoseHealth. Prior to RoseHealth, Kavi was the Manager of Corporate Strategy at Northwell Health from January 2016 to December 2018. Key accomplishments during their time at Northwell Health include evaluating and diligencing the M&A process for CareConnect and a top 5 health insurer, constructing a JV for Northwell and a PE company to create a population health MSO, and assessing a partnership between CareConnect and a mobile-based telemedicine provider.

Before joining Northwell Health, Kavi worked as an Associate in Corporate Development (M&A) at First Coast Health from January 2014 to December 2016. Key accomplishments during their time at First Coast Health include directing the sourcing and assessment of 50+ investment opportunities, in which 5 opportunities proceeded to term sheet stage with a significant involvement in the investment process, and accomplishing the M&A and growth strategy of portfolio companies.

Prior to First Coast Health, Kavi worked in healthcare investment banking at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey from January 2012 to December 2014 and as a Strategic Valuation Analyst at Duff & Phelps from January 2011 to December 2012. Kavi began their career as an Investment Analyst at Fordham University Student Managed Investment Fund ($1MM) from September 2010 to May 2011.

After completing their undergraduate degree in finance from Fordham University, Kavi Misri pursued a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Health Care Management from The Johns Hopkins University. Kavi also holds certifications from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) in Series 63 - Uniform Securities Agent and Series 79 - Investment Banking Representative.
