Curtis Rand

Curtis Rand has a strong background in operations and leadership. Curtis most recently served as the Vice President of Operations at Rose Pest Solutions since July 2017. Prior to that, they were a self-employed Executive Leader from April 2017 to July 2017. From 2014 to 2017, Curtis was the President of Bug Out Service, LLC. Before that, they worked as the Director of New Services at Sears Automotive from 2013 to 2014. Curtis began their career at Michelin in 2007, where they served as the Central Region Director until 2013. Curtis also has experience as a Regional Manager at Terminix from 1999 to 2007.

Curtis Rand pursued their education from 1993 to 1997 at Purdue University Daniels School of Business. During this time, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with a focus on Marketing and Construction.
