Marie-Christin Scherer

Marie-Christin Scherer began their work experience as a Hospitality employee at manpower hospitality Innsbruck in November 2012. Marie-Christin then worked as a Freelance trainer at MOOVE GmbH from September 2011 to July 2013. In February 2015, they worked as a Consultant at Milbrandt & Partner for a short period. From July 2015 to July 2016, they were a Working student in Talent Development at Lee Hecht Harrison Deutschland GmbH. In September 2014, they started working as a Freelance trainer at simply outdoor, which lasted until December 2016. From September 2013 to March 2014, they had an Internship at Conout GbR and then continued working there as a Freelance trainer from March 2014 to December 2019. In August 2016, they became a Working student in HR/people development at Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik GmbH & Co. KG and later became a Referentin Personalentwicklung und Ausbildungsleitung/People development and apprenticeship manager in September 2017. Their tenure at Rosenberger Hochfrequenztechnik lasted until May 2021. From May 2021 to April 2022, they were the HR Director/Leiterin Personal at Kreissparkasse Traunstein-Trostberg. Currently, they are serving as the Head of Global HR Center of Expertise at Rosenberger Group, starting in April 2022.

Marie-Christin Scherer began their education at Städt. Albert-Schweitzer-Gymnasium Plettenberg from 2001 to 2007. Marie-Christin then attended St.-Ursula Gymnasium Attendorn from 2007 to 2010 and obtained their Abitur degree. Marie-Christin continued their studies at Deutsche Sporthochschule Köln from 2010 to 2014, where they earned their Bachelor of Arts in Sports Management and Communication. During their studies in Cologne, they also spent a year at Leopold-Franzens Universität Innsbruck, focusing on Sports Management and Communication from 2012 to 2013. After completing their Bachelor's degree, Marie-Christin pursued a Master of Arts in Business Psychology at Hochschule für angewandtes Management from 2014 to 2017. Marie-Christin obtained their Master's degree in August 2017.

In terms of additional certifications, Marie-Christin obtained the Ausbildereignungsprüfung nach AEVO from IHK Akademie München und Oberbayern in October 2018. In August 2018, they obtained a certification in Kompetenzenbilanzierung from PERFORMPLUS - We empower people. Additionally, in March 2018, Marie-Christin completed the Professionalisierungsprogramm Personalreferent from DGFP - Deutsche Gesellschaft für Personalführung e.V. Prior to these certifications, they obtained the Master of Arts in Wirtschaftspsychologie from Hochschule für angewandtes Management in August 2017. Marie-Christin also obtained the title of Studentischer Karrierecoach from the same institution in January 2017. Lastly, they obtained their DSV Skiinstruktor/B-Trainer Breitensport certification from Deutscher Skiverband, although the specific timing is not provided.
