Taimur Akbar Verjee

Taimur Akbar Verjee has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Taimur began their career as an intern at Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, where they gained experience in both food and beverage operations and rooms division. Taimur then worked as a chef at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, overseeing banquets and in-room dining.

Taimur later joined Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, where they held various roles such as front office and guest relations officer, guest relations supervisor, head concierge, and manager on duty. Taimur also served as the front office guest services manager and rooms procurement manager for a pre-opening project at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts.

Additionally, Taimur worked as an operations opening task force member at Carlyle & Co. and as a corporate project manager for global operations and opening support at Rosewood Hotel Group. Taimur then became the general manager of operations at Black Sheep Restaurants, where they supported multiple venues and focused on improving performance and efficiency.

Currently, Taimur is working as the corporate director of product and concept development at Rosewood Hotel Group, overseeing creative and innovation processes for various operational divisions.
