Edgar Beas is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as Resort Chef at Rosewood Miramar Beach since October 2023. Previously, Edgar held the position of Executive Chef at The Viv Hotel in Anaheim, where contributions were made as part of the conversion team during the hotel's transition from Radisson Blu to a Marriott Property. Edgar's extensive experience includes roles as Executive Chef at Radisson Blu, Auberge Resorts Collection, and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts, as well as Chef de Cuisine at Rosewood Hotels & Resorts. Earlier career highlights include positions as Executive Sous Chef at Twin Palms Restaurant and Executive Chef at Chez Papa Resto, along with research and development experience at Restaurant Martín Berasategui.
