Jenna Jiampietro

Jenna Jiampietro, MMH, is a seasoned hospitality professional with a strong background in guest experience and relations. Currently serving as the Director of Guest Experience at Rosewood Miramar Beach since October 2025, Jenna has previously held significant roles at Montage Hotels & Resorts, including Guest Relations Director and Guest Relations Manager, from June 2021 to October 2025. Prior experience includes serving as Guest Services Manager and Guest Service Representative at Lenox Hotel, Back Bay from June 2017 to August 2020, and as a Guest Services Associate at Stratton Mountain Resort from October 2016 to May 2017. Jenna holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Boston University (2020-2021) and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Trinity College-Hartford (2012-2016).
