Michael Schlink

Michael Schlink is an experienced hospitality professional with a diverse background in bartending and mixology. Currently serving as a Bartender at Rosewood Miramar Beach since October 2023 and as a Hotel Mixologist with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company since February 2023, Michael has previously held various roles, including Head Bartender at Tahoe Restaurant Collection from May 2020 to December 2022 and Bar Manager at ZN BAR from October 2018 to August 2019. Michael is also the Creator at Sharp Balloon, a lifestyle brand established in November 2012. Educational qualifications include an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management, and an Associates of Applied Science in Culinary Arts & Restaurant Management from Illinois Central College, augmented by continuing education in Digital Arts at Santa Monica College.
