Sergey Kordashenko is the Managing Partner and Head of Leadership Development Practice. He joined RosExpert in 2010 and focuses on the assessment and development of top managers, improving the efficiency of management teams. Sergey is a recognized expert in leadership assessment and development, CEO succession planning, management team effectiveness, and individual and team coaching. He works with top officials of organizations to improve skills that allow them to achieve the set level of organizational efficiency and be ready for the challenges of the future.

He has twenty years of experience in talent management in organizations. Prior to joining RosExpert, he headed the HR function in a number of Russian and international companies. He is an expert in the implementation of large consulting projects in various industries (energy, transport companies, financial services, healthcare, industry, manufacturing, government agencies, FMCG, etc.).
