Raghad Alazoz

Raghad Alazoz is an experienced professional in leadership and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Manager for Leadership Development at ROSHN since June 2021, with prior roles as Manager and Senior Specialist in the same area. Raghad also contributes as an Alumni Steering Committee Member at the U.S. Consulate General in Jeddah, active since March 2021. Previously, Raghad worked as a Specialist in People Development and Talent Management at Nahdi Medical Co. from December 2019 to June 2021, and held the position of Business Development Executive at Expertise Contracting Co. Ltd. in 2019. An HR Learning & Development Intern at SABIC in 2017, Raghad holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management from Yanbu University College, obtained in 2018, and attended Legacy International in 2016.
