Michael Tresh

Michael Tresh has extensive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Michael started their career as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte & Touche in 1988 and worked there until 1992. Michael then joined Amway, where they held various director-level positions, including Director of Finance for Amway North America, Director of Americas FP&A, and Director of Supply Chain Finance. During their time at Amway, they oversaw financial reporting, planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and business risk identification and mitigation. Michael also provided financial oversight for billion-dollar businesses and advised executive leadership in business planning and strategic decisions. Michael joined Roskam Baking Company in 2020 as the Director of Cost Accounting & Pricing.

Michael Tresh earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accountancy from Miami University, which they completed from 1983 to 1987. Michael also obtained additional certifications, including becoming a Certified Public Accountant through the Michigan State Board of Accountancy in February 1992. Michael further added the Prosci Change Management Process certification from Prosci in December 2006 and the Chartered Global Management Accountant designation from the AICPA in August 2012.
