Anastasiia Zenkova has had extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Anastasiia served as a Human Resources Generalist at SberKorus, where they managed HR processes for an organization of 1200 employees. Their responsibilities included providing HR business support, implementing HR projects, ensuring employee support and lifecycle management, and measuring and improving employee experience. Anastasiia also worked as a Chief Specialist C&B and corporate culture at Rosneft, where they provided efficient C&B processes for an organization of 3500 employees, planned and budgeted social programs expenses, and enhanced business process regulations. In addition, they held the position of Head of HR Service Support Department/HR BP at X5 Group, where they managed HR processes for an organization of 35,000 employees and maintained high SLA level within HR services delivery. Prior to that, they served as Director of the Human Resources Division/HR BP at Russian Railways, where they provided efficient HR policy for an organization of 3500 employees, controlled personnel processes, and worked with recent graduates.

Anastasiia Zenkova began their education at Alapaevsk Industrial and Technical College, where they studied Transport Management until 2007.
