Bianca Sadkowski, PMP has extensive experience in various industries and roles. Bianca currently works at Clean Shipping Alliance as Director of Ports & Authorities, where they are responsible for developing and executing the Strategic Port Engagement Plan. Prior to this, they were an External Affairs Consultant in Brazil and Argentina, managing key stakeholders in the Navy, Ministry of the Environment, and other government bodies. Bianca also has experience as a Managing Partner at BSD Consultoria em Relações Institucionais. Earlier in their career, they held positions at Rosneft, PetroRio, Sonangol Starfish Oil & Gas, CLUB MEDITERRANEE, Nuclebras Equipamentos Pesados S A Nuclep, and H.Stern Comércio e Indústria S.A. Bianca'sroles included public and government relations, planning management, marketing analysis, and administrative support. Bianca's achievements include their involvement in the acquisition of Starfish Oil & Gas by Sonangol. Bianca is knowledgeable in accounting procedures and the Brazilian oil & gas industry regulations.

Bianca Sadkowski, PMP has a diverse education history that spans various disciplines and institutions. In 2000, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Law from Centro Universitário Metodista - Bennett, completing their studies in 2004. Following this, they furthered their education by completing an MBA in Marketing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas from 2005 to 2007.

In 2008, Bianca obtained a highly regarded certification as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI). This certification demonstrates their knowledge and expertise in the field of Project Management.

Continuing to enhance their skills and knowledge, in 2008-2009, they pursued an MBA with a focus on Oil & Gas from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro.

Bianca's quest for professional development did not end there. Bianca engaged in further education, completing additional programs and certificates. In 2018, they obtained "The Complete Skilled Negotiator" certification from Gap Partnership. In 2019-2020, they pursued a Certificate in Public Affairs Management from the Public Affairs Council in Washington DC. Bianca also attended the International School of Communication (London) in 2020 for a Strategic Public Affairs and Government Relations Program. Moreover, they explored the field of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), focusing on a strategic approach at the University of Pennsylvania in 2020.

Additionally, in 2020, they engaged in a program called "Leadership Communication for Maximum Impact: Storytelling" at Northwestern University, further enhancing their communication skills.
