Mikhail Solovyev

Mikhail Solovyev has a strong background in analytics, pricing, and business development. Mikhail started their career at OJSC "GIPROGOR" as an Economist from September 2009 to March 2011. Mikhail then moved to TNK-BP, where they worked as a Planning Manager from March 2011 to March 2013 and as a Senior Manager from March 2013 to March 2014. Since joining Rosneft in 2014, Mikhail has held various roles, including Head of Analytics from March 2014 to February 2018, Head of Analytics and Pricing from March 2018 to February 2021, Head of Analytics, Pricing, and Development from February 2021 to March 2022, and currently, Chief Business Development Officer from April 2022 onwards. Throughout their career, Mikhail has demonstrated expertise in investment activities, development of analytical systems, market dynamics analysis, pricing strategy optimization, and evaluation of marketing campaigns.

Mikhail Solovyev's education history begins in 2005 when they enrolled at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU). Mikhail pursued a degree in Regional Economics and successfully completed their studies in 2010, earning the title of Specialist from MSU. In 2010, they furthered their academic journey by enrolling at the Institute for Systems Analysis of Russian Academy of Sciences (ISA RAS). There, they focused on Regional Economics and embarked on a Ph.D program. Mikhail dedicated eight years to their research, and in 2018, they obtained their Ph.D degree from ISA RAS in the field of Regional Economics.
