Nikolay Naumov

Nikolay Naumov has worked in the field of human resources for several companies. From 2011 to 2018, they worked at LUKOIL as an HR specialist and Training and Development Specialist. In 2018, they joined Rosneft as an HR international projects manager. In this role, they were responsible for designing a learning strategy, establishing international cooperation with industry majors, advising on international education for top managers, providing international internships and secondments, developing cooperation programs in education and training, aligning company strategy and goals with employees' developmental plans, and arranging experience exchange programs with international companies and top business schools.

Nikolay Naumov completed their education at Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) from 2006 to 2011, where they obtained a specialist degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Management, with a general focus.

In terms of additional certifications, Nikolay obtained a certification in Personnel Management from the Institute of Business and Administration at the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation (IBDA RANEPA) in August 2019. Nikolay also obtained a certification from PwC in CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) in September 2016.
